Loyalty Services
The CHKREWARD loyalty service allows Brand Owners to reward valuable customers and incentivise increased purchasing with a loyalty program regardless of the variety of distribution channels in use. CHKREWARD does not need to use loyalty cards, but rather relies on unique PIN codes attached to the products themselves.

How the points are assigned

These secure, completely random PIN codes assign points to products or pre-defined amounts spent. The customers can earn these points by submitting the PIN codes to the loyalty service via SMS text message, WAP, Email, Skype, IVR or webpage. The points can also be awarded in a sliding scale and/or tiering can be applied.

Rapid Deployment

CHKBIZ’s computing platform allows for the rapid deployment of the CHKREWARD solution. This allows Brand Owners to capitalize on market conditions as a reward programme can be delivered within weeks of the project’s inception.

Real-time business information

Brand Owners also have access to the CHKDASH dashboard which allows them to monitor and analyse transactions in real-time, by product type, time period and often geographic region. This offers Brand Owners the opportunity to engage in predictive marketing.

Real-time marketing and CRM

The CHKBIZ online Lookup screens provide marketers with the ability to make changes in real-time to the marketing messages sent with the loyalty club communication. These online Lookup screens also facilitate customer relationship management (CRM) for call centre staff who are able to lookup up transactions as they occur.

Automated Support for Unlimited Variety of Reward Products and Services

Rewards claimed by customers can be delivered immediately by CHKREWARD in the form of virtual vouchers.

Reward vouchers can be redeemed directly at the Brand Owner and/or any third party providers of products or services selected by the Brand Owner. CHKREWARD's secure voucher management system allows real-time access by authorised reward providers using internet or SMS. This always ensures that only correctly entitled customers are served with the correct rewards.

Comprehensive audit trails of rewards delivered can be used to generate periodic reports per service provider; ensuring seamless and totally accurate re-imbursement from the Brand Owner. 

Example: How the loyalty club could work

The customer registers online on the Brand owner’s website, or via SMS text message, Email, Skype or IVR. He/she can then start to accumulate points by submitting the PIN codes to his/her account via the above mentioned methods. After a customer has accumulated sufficient points, he/she can then redeem these points with the CHKREWARD service to obtain particular rewards from the Brand Owner.

The reward can be in the form of virtual vouchers delivered by the CHKREWARD service, to be exchanged for goods or services. The customer then claims his/her reward directly from the Brand Owner or from an appointed third party reward product or service provider.

The reward provider uses SMS or internet to access the CHKREWARD voucher management system and thereby ensures provision of the correct reward. The same system then enables seamless and accurate re-imbursement from the Brand Owner.
