Called CHKREWARD, the loyalty service does away with the need for loyalty cards and thus is not limited to Brand Owners who own their own retail store network. CHKBIZ's loyalty service provides the following functionality for the Brand Owner: statements of points for customers, balance of points for customers, keeping records for long periods of time, roll-over of points from year to year, reversal of points and the conversion of points accumulated to physical or virtual rewards.
